Job Description

This role involves exercising a wide range of skills as part of the dispute resolution process, prioritizing customer satisfaction.

You will join a collaborative team to manage complaints in accordance with established procedures.

With attention to detail and commitment to improving the customer experience, you will identify root causes of complaints and opportunities for improvement, leading to better customer outcomes.

]

This role requires assessing, investigating, and critically analysing policies, legislation, and expert evidence to resolve customer issues.

]

As the final decision maker, you will manage a portfolio of either External or Internal dispute resolution complaints.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the delivery and execution of the Customer Relations strategy and business objectives.]
  • Ensure organisational obligations under the law and relevant codes of practice are adhered to when managing complaints and disputes.]
  • Provide feedback on process, product, and service improvements to minimize recurrence or mitigation of issues for customer dissatisfaction.]
  • Undertake timely and accurate response to all complaints and disputes, providing a fair and reasonable outcome for the customer.]
  • Work collaboratively with key internal and external business stakeholders.]

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have an insurance or legal background, with a solid understanding of risk, compliance, and policy.
