About the role
We have an opportunity for Legal Secretary/Paralegal to join our Dispute Resolution team. Our team advises on commercial property and leases, contractual disputes, corporate and personal insolvency, franchising, general debt recovery and Personal Property Securities Act 2009 (Cth).
This varied role will see you providing broad administrative support to the team, including:
- preparing documents
- billing
- debt collection
- managing the team's diary, emails and travel
- liaising with clients
About you
To be successful in this role, you will be an experienced Legal Secretary with:
- an exceptional work ethic
- a strong background in debt collection
- initiative, flexibility and a positive attitude
- high attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- superior communication skills
Please note, law students are not encouraged to apply unless they are seeking a long term career in a legal support role and have full time availability.
