Escalations Specialist

We're seeking a results-driven professional to join our Escalations Team as an Internal Dispute Resolution (IDR) process member.

You'll be part of a passionate team who love solving complex customer issues in a fast-paced environment.

  • Investigate, manage, and resolve escalated customer complaints.
  • Provide support to the Customer Service team for escalated complaints.
  • Manage multiple dispute cases simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigate and manage escalated customer complaints
  • Collaborate with the Customer Service team on escalated issues
  • Effectively manage multiple dispute cases at once

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in Customer Service delivery roles with specific Escalations/Complaints experience
  • Ability to champion the customer experience and establish trust with customers
  • Experience in service delivery in an Omnichannel environment and strong digital skills
