Senior Culinary Operations Coach

This role offers a unique opportunity to lead, motivate and support corporate stores and their teams to drive sales growth and deliver results. As a Senior Culinary Operations Coach, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that there is no compromising on food safety and quality.

The ideal candidate will have multi-site management experience, dealing with corporate restaurants, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to advocate for the GYG brand. Experience driving profitability and building great restaurant teams to ensure every customer loves us is also essential.
