Leadership Opportunity in Culinary Brigade

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced leader to join our team as a Stewarding Team Leader.

This is an exceptional opportunity for an emerging leader to develop their skills and expertise in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the management of a large and culturally diverse team within the hospitality industry.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Assist with supervising staff members within the Stewarding department.
  • Ensure high standards of preparation for all events.
  • Coordinate and deliver arrangements related to supporting the kitchen brigade and front-of-house teams.
  • Train, lead, and inspire team members.
  • Provide adequate and clean operating equipment to meet daily requirements.
  • Maintain high standards of food quality and ISO 22000 food safety compliance.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Kitchen, food handling, and/or logistics experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • A positive attitude and eagerness to lead a diverse team.
  • The ability to work in a physically demanding role.
  • Valid working rights in Australia.
  • You must be at least 18 years old.
