Role Summary

We are seeking a talented Culinary Innovator to join our team at Crystalbrook Kingsley. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for driving guest satisfaction through the delivery of exceptional food experiences.

Main Responsibilities
  • Food Excellence: Create and implement seasonal menus that showcase local produce and innovative flavors.
  • Team Collaboration: Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration among the kitchen team to drive excellence in food presentation and service.
  • Guest Satisfaction: Ensure that every guest interaction is positive and memorable, promoting a loyal customer base.
  • Culture of Innovation: Develop and implement new ideas to break the norm and stay ahead of the culinary curve.
  • Junior Support: Provide hands-on support to junior members of the kitchen team to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Wholesale and Safety: Promote and enforce WH&S in the kitchen, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
Requirements
  • Culinary Expertise: Possess a strong technical skillset and experience in a high-functioning kitchen environment.
  • Trade Qualification: Hold a relevant trade qualification and minimum 2 years' work experience in a similar role.
  • Wholesale Knowledge: Demonstrate sound knowledge of WH&S legislation and Health regulations.
  • Organizational Skills: Possess high attention to detail and be well-organized, with the ability to work across a 7-day roster.
