Job Description:

The role of Senior Human Resources Business Partner is a critical position within our organization, requiring a strategic and forward-thinking HR professional to drive business transformation initiatives. Reporting directly to the HRBP Agile Lead, this individual will be responsible for partnering with senior leaders across various functions to develop and implement people-focused solutions that align with our global HR objectives.

This includes designing and delivering change management programs, talent management strategies, engagement initiatives, and cultural development plans. The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor and coach to senior leaders, deploying global programs while also tailoring initiatives to meet local business needs.

As a key member of our HR team, this individual will contribute to the development and implementation of HR operational plans aligned with key stakeholders and business objectives. Strong relationships with senior leaders will be built to influence and support workforce strategy, providing strategic HR advice on organizational design, change management, talent and development, industrial relations, and strategic workforce planning.

  • Enable managers to interpret and act on employee engagement survey results
  • Manage annual HR cycles: performance reviews, promotions, compensation reviews, and talent discussions

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess 7+ years of HR experience in a business partnering or consulting capacity within a large, dynamic global organization. A Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related discipline is required. Proficiency in MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) is necessary, along with English language proficiency and additional language skills in the APAC region an advantage.
