Transformation Strategist

About this role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Transformation Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing transformation strategies that drive business outcomes.

  • Develop and execute change management strategies to address the people side of transformations
  • Guide senior leaders and executives in their roles as change management sponsors
  • Create and support change agent networks to foster a culture of agility and innovation
  • Drive active stakeholder engagement across all levels of the organization
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives using data-driven approaches

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in leading change in agile environments
  • Experience with and knowledge of traditional and modern change management practices, methodologies, and tools
  • Demonstrated ability in stakeholder management and strategic planning
  • Systems thinking and proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Experience in leading teams and managing large change initiatives in complex environments
  • Deep understanding of organizational issues and challenges
  • Flexibility to manage both large-scale organizational transformation changes and smaller change initiatives
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including active listening
