The Opportunity
  • Develop meaningful relationships with children, families, colleagues, and the community.
  • Design and implement an early learning program aligned with current thinking and practice.
  • Document and share children's learning and development with families.
  • Contribute to the implementation and adoption of the Guardian Curriculum.
  • Pursue professional learning and development opportunities.
Requirements

To succeed, you will require:

  • A completed Diploma in Children's Services or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in long day-care, preferably in the Nursery/Baby room.
  • Sound knowledge of the NQF and EYLF.
  • Good understanding of child safety standards.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • A valid Working with Children's Check - Employee card for VIC state.
  • A genuine passion for childcare.
