Join us as a Program Change Manager to lead and manage organisational change efforts associated with a large acquisition program.

The role is responsible for defining relevant change processes, leading and governing change processes at the program level to ensure successful transition, adoption, and integration of new processes, systems, and practices between all relevant stakeholders of the program.

  • Develop and implement change management strategies to support a large Defence program
  • Lead and manage organisational transition efforts, ensuring stakeholder engagement and buy-in
  • Oversee adoption and integration of new processes, systems, and practices within customer organisations
  • Serve as the primary liaison between project stakeholders, ensuring alignment and smooth communication
Key Responsibilities:
  • Change Management Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective change management strategies to support organisational change efforts.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Lead and manage stakeholder engagement activities to ensure transparency, communication, and collaboration throughout the change process.
  • Process Improvement: Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of new processes, systems, and practices that align with business objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Formal qualifications and/or extensive experience in organisational development or change management
  • Ideally hold certification in change management methodologies e.g. Prosci, ACMP
  • Strong familiarity with ADF structures and processes
  • Ability to develop and execute structured change frameworks tailored to complex environments
