Job Description

As a pivotal member of our Transformation Delivery team, you will play a key role in driving successful organisational change. You will be immersed in the operational environment, providing an overarching view of what is required to manage interdependencies and stakeholder relationships across a wide range of operational change initiatives.

This is a hands-on position where you will need to roll up your sleeves and collaborate closely with frontline teams, business leaders, and project teams. With a firm grasp of the complexities involved, you will navigate seamlessly through the intricacies of operational change delivery, delivering interim solutions that support frontline efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Deep experience managing change on large, complex initiatives, ideally gained in regulated sectors like insurance, banking or financial services.
  • Experience working across multiple operational and/or strategic programs, working closely with senior leaders, managing competing priorities and dependencies across both small and large-scale change projects.
  • Strong understanding of contemporary change practices, methodologies, tools and behavioural science concepts.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and influencing skills across all levels with the ability to work through a high degree of ambiguity and change.
