We are seeking an experienced Senior Support Services Officer to join our multidisciplinary team at Hampstead Centre. As a key member of our CO-ACT program, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support services to our patients and contributing to the seamless operation of our service.

What We're Looking For
To excel in this role, we are looking for someone who meets the following key requirements:
- Holds a completed AQF Certificate III relevant to the position.
- Demonstrates strong communication skills and the ability to develop rapport with clients and their families, while maintaining confidentiality.
- Be prepared to work in a very broad service role providing a wide range of functions to multi-disciplinary teams.
- Brings experience in a rehabilitation care environment, with the ability to make independent decisions, prioritise tasks, and manage challenging situations confidently.
- Willing to undertake training programs and courses as required to perform the duties of a Senior Support Services Officer.
- Has experience working in a security role or be willing to learn.
- Willing to be flexible moving between roles as required.
