Administrative Support Professional for Asbestos Removal Services

We are a South Australian owned and operated business that has been providing professional asbestos removal services in Adelaide since 1998. Our team takes pride in delivering exceptional results for our domestic, commercial, and Government clients.
Job DescriptionThis part-time role is responsible for ensuring operational and service standards are met with customers, data entry, answering phones, managing administrative functions, and providing support to the Operations Manager and Director as required.
Main Responsibilities:- Providing administrative support to both the Admin Manager and Managing Director;
- Phone and email communication;
- Typing of quotes;
- Database maintenance;
- Electronic diary management;
- Maintenance of computer-based record management systems;
- Reception duties;
- General administration including filing, archiving, etc.
The successful candidate will have strong customer service skills, experience in a similar role, excellent computer skills, high attention to detail, and excellent organisational skills. They must be able to multitask, prioritise tasks, and have good writing and verbal communication skills.

We offer a competitive salary range of $40,000 - $50,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. The position involves working Monday to Friday, 8/8:30am to 3/3:30pm. This role offers opportunities for career growth and development within our company.
