Job Description

This is a customer-facing role where you will be responsible for delivering excellence in customer contact to ensure positive outcomes. You will follow processes and apply customer sales & service techniques to achieve targets.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of Inbound and Outbound sales calls within set SLA's.
  • Ensure new business and sales initiatives are understood and delivered to customers.
  • Actively contribute to process and service improvement initiatives.

About You

You will need experience in a general insurance organisation or a customer service focussed role. You should be able to build effective relationships internally and externally with customers and stakeholders.
