Workforce Planning Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Workforce Planning Specialist to join our team. In this critical role, you will play a key part in supporting the delivery of workforce management practices across various business units.

Your primary focus will be on scheduling, real-time management, and reporting. To succeed in this position, you must be able to proactively communicate with internal stakeholders and deliver defined outcomes in accordance with established performance metrics.

You will have the opportunity to work with a range of tools and technologies to optimize workforce performance. A strong emphasis is placed on excellent administration skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

The ideal candidate will possess well-developed written and oral communication skills, as well as the ability to relate effectively to fellow team members and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
