We are excited to partner with a highly-regarded FinTech Insurance company to recruit an experienced Insurance Service Specialist within their collaborative Service team. As an Insurance Service Specialist, you will support a portfolio of financial advisers by managing new applications, ensuring cases move smoothly through each stage, providing exceptional service throughout the policy lifecycle. You will handle life insurance policy administration in a collaborative, customer-focused environment, working closely with underwriting to ensure a seamless experience for advisers and their clients.

This position is ideal for someone organised, proactive, and client-focused, with a passion for enhancing service quality and supporting advisers in delivering exceptional results to their clients. If you have experience working within Advisor Assistant or Client Services roles, preferably within life insurance, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional, customer-centric service to financial advisers and stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with advisers to drive client advocacy.
  • Manage a personal portfolio of advisers, providing end-to-end support throughout the policy life cycle.
  • Process new business applications and ongoing service requests accurately and within service level agreements.
  • Proactively monitor case statuses to ensure timely completion and minimise delays.
  • Collaborate with team members to share insights and solve problems, supporting a positive team environment.

About You:

  • Strong MS Excel skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A strong attention to detail and high level of personal energy, with a drive to succeed and improve processes.
  • The ability to excel in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and meet deadlines.

  • $80,000 - $83,000 + Super (depending on experience) salary range.
