Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Systems Engineer to maintain and update our CMMS database, oversee asset management, and ensure preventative maintenance schedules are followed.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with strong analytical skills and excellent communication abilities.

The successful candidate will work closely with our team to identify trends, optimize system performance, and provide training and support to users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update the CMMS database to ensure data accuracy and manage system configuration.
  • Oversee the CMMS asset database to ensure it reflects current assets and aligns with organizational objectives.
  • Manage and track work orders including scheduling, assigning, and monitoring progress.
  • Ensure preventative maintenance schedules are followed and optimized within the CMMS.
  • Analyze CMMS data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Provide training and support to users on CMMS functionality and best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of CMMS systems and hands-on experience in implementation or optimization.
  • Proficiency in data entry, system administration, and report generation.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with stakeholders and deliver training.
