Claims and Worksite Risk Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to support the strategic design, implementation and continuous improvement of early intervention, injury management, return to work and claims management programs across our business in Oceania.
This role reports directly to the Group Manager - Injury Management and requires strong stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills to ensure that our processes are run with high levels of rigour and effectiveness.

- Support the effective management of injuries, workers compensation claims and early intervention initiatives;">
- Personal injury matters associated with EBA provisions - ESL / LTI / IP;">
- All other non-work related injury and illness fitness for duty cases;">
- Support the capability development of people leaders and other stakeholders in matters of injury management;">
- Liaising with outside parties such as medical professionals, rehabilitation providers and insurers.">
To be successful in this role you will need significant experience in workers compensation and claims management as well as strong skills in the handling of both work and non-work related injuries. You must have outstanding communication and engagement skills, problem-solving/solutions-focussed mindset with a well-developed ability to effectively manage competing priorities. A diploma or degree qualified in a relevant discipline is also required.
You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders and able to communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner. The ideal candidate will be proactive, solution-focused and results-driven.
