About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Loss Adjuster to join our expanding Claims & Risk division. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in assessing and managing insurance claims.
Key Responsibilities:
- To assess and evaluate insurance claims, ensuring that they are handled fairly and efficiently.
- To investigate claims, gathering information and evidence to support decision-making.
- To communicate effectively with customers, providing clear explanations of the claims process and any decisions made.
- To work collaboratively with other teams to resolve complex claims issues.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Strong loss adjusting experience, preferably in various areas.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
- A strong understanding of insurance policies and procedures.
- The ability to work independently, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
