Key Account Growth Specialist
Description:We are seeking a skilled Key Account Growth Specialist to drive revenue expansion and business development.
The ideal candidate will have a strong scientific background and experience in sales or marketing, with a proven track record of identifying and targeting new customers.
Responsibilities include developing and executing strategies to identify and target potential new customers, utilizing prospecting tools, industry websites, events, and other resources.
The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to and following up on leads, engaging with potential new customers through cold calls, emails, and other outreach campaigns.
They will also document communications and keep the CRM database up-to-date, initiate Client Proposals and Amendments upon request from the Business Development team, and refer to and update Salesforce CRM opportunities where applicable.
Ongoing responsibilities include referring to and updating Salesforce CRM opportunities, identifying and communicating new trends and technologies in the market that may impact sales strategies, and assisting the Business Development Director in responding to customer needs as they arise.
The successful candidate will provide excellent customer service by following through with prompt solutions to all customer inquiries and be a proactive, contributing member of the Commercial and Business Development teams.
In this role, you will contribute to short- and long-term territory business plans through an in-depth understanding of customer needs and services provided, establish and maintain strong relationships with customers through sound scientific expertise and business acumen, and effectively work and communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
