Job Title: Customer Relationship Strategist

The primary goal of this position is to establish and maintain effective relationships with key customers, driving business growth through strategic customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a deep understanding of the company's value proposition, products/services, and be able to present these to customers in a compelling manner.
  • Manage inbound leads and customer inquiries, resulting in proposals, contract renewals, and variations that meet customer needs.
  • Establish strong working relationships with key staff members within each defined customer account.
  • Create an account plan and opportunity view for each customer, identifying areas where Infoxchange products can add value and planning appropriate engagement activities.
  • Prioritize customer satisfaction and strive to maximize the value provided by Infoxchange services.
  • Act as a point of escalation contact for customers regarding contractual performance of obligations.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to identify and capture customer success stories that reflect the company's value proposition.
  • Participate in strategic initiatives as agreed, including the development of a 'Voice of the Customer' program.
  • Foster a positive attitude towards customer service and relations within Infoxchange teams, ensuring consistent representation of company values.
  • Represent Infoxchange at industry-related forums and deliver presentations on company activities as required.
