Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Chief Relationship Strategist to join our team. This role will be responsible for building and managing customer relationships to ensure retention and optimize commercial business.

The successful candidate will provide proactive leadership as a member of the Business & Enterprise (B&E) team, identifying, winning, and growing new key B&E customer opportunities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing customer relationship strategies to drive growth and retention
  • Providing expert advice on business development and sales tactics
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver business objectives
  • Fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders to inform business decisions
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum 5 years' experience working with large local, state, and national government organizations
  • Strong national B2B customer and sales experience
  • Demonstrated success in high-change environments
  • Expertise in operational excellence and growth delivery
  • Ability to deliver strong negotiating and problem-solving skills
