Customer Account Strategist

 

Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing key accounts for enterprise-level customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Performance Management: Manage key customer relationships to drive business growth and improve operational standards.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with top partners to identify and capitalize on new opportunities for mutual benefit.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis to understand competitive price positioning and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Process Improvement: Develop and implement process improvements to enhance end-customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience working within e-commerce or 3PL environment.
  • Experience with analytical tools like Tableau, Salesforce, Microsoft OneNote, SharePoint, and Oracle Business Intelligence.
  • Proven ability to negotiate, consult, and advise with customers and stakeholders.
  • Strong Contract and Supplier Management skills along with exposure to Risk Management.
  • Demonstrated mindset of continuous improvement and innovative thinking.
