Job Title:
CRM Strategist

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled CRM Strategist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive customer relationship management strategy that drives engagement, retention, and growth.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a CRM strategy that aligns with our business objectives
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Design and implement targeted campaigns to enhance customer experience
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of CRM initiatives
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign effectiveness

Requirements:
  • High-end retention marketing knowledge
  • Passionate team player with the ability to work with colleagues across departments
  • Fluent English both written and spoken
  • Experience working with creative teams, such as digital design, to prepare visual assets for campaigns
  • Detail-oriented and well-organized
  • HTML/CSS knowledge
  • Excel/Spreadsheet knowledge
  • Hands-on experience with EDM & other CRM marketing tools

  • Sports, Gambling and Cryptocurrency knowledge
  • Proficient with Google Suite (Drive, Spreadsheets, Docs), Slack, Jira
