CRM Strategist
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled CRM Strategist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive customer relationship management strategy that drives engagement, retention, and growth.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a CRM strategy that aligns with our business objectives
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Design and implement targeted campaigns to enhance customer experience
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of CRM initiatives
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign effectiveness
Requirements:
- High-end retention marketing knowledge
- Passionate team player with the ability to work with colleagues across departments
- Fluent English both written and spoken
- Experience working with creative teams, such as digital design, to prepare visual assets for campaigns
- Detail-oriented and well-organized
- HTML/CSS knowledge
- Excel/Spreadsheet knowledge
- Hands-on experience with EDM & other CRM marketing tools
Bonus Points:
- Sports, Gambling and Cryptocurrency knowledge
- Proficient with Google Suite (Drive, Spreadsheets, Docs), Slack, Jira
