Senior Regional Logistics Leader

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving operational efficiencies and customer service levels, while structuring the distribution network to support future growth plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full operational and commercial responsibility for a large, complex regional transport operation.
  • Contribution to broader regional logistics strategy, and the continued growth of the business through appropriate customer solutions.
  • Responsibility for all company owned fleet and equipment, alongside a large subcontracted fleet.
  • Fostering a culture of 'safety and compliance first' across a large and diverse team of Managers, Fleet Controllers and company and subcontracted drivers.
  • Delivering a consistent and outstanding customer experience to a range of large national and international clients.

Requirements:

  • Senior leadership position with extensive experience in regional logistics operations.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to drive business growth.
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing operational strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
