We are seeking a visionary leader to join our team as Associate Director, Workplace Relations and Business Partnering. The role presents an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to drive strategic initiatives and make a lasting impact on our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive workplace relations strategy that aligns with our organizational goals and objectives.
  • Talent Development: Lead and support the Workplace Relations and Senior HR Business Partner teams to deliver integrated solutions-focused support to senior leaders across faculties, schools, and professional units.
  • Counseling and Support: Advise and support executive and senior stakeholders on workforce planning, organizational change, complex case management, and reform.
  • External Representation: Represent the organization in external industrial forums and negotiations, and lead collaborative relationships with union stakeholders.
  • Compliance and Governance: Oversee conduct and compliance processes including public interest disclosures, conflict of interest, and risk culture reporting.
  • Staying Ahead: Keep the organization ahead of changes in legislation, employment law, and sector trends, translating insight into clear action plans, education, and implementation.
