This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Workplace Relations Advisor to join an established team in our Melbourne Office.

You will work closely with internal clients to provide advice on a range of workplace relations matters including disciplinary and OH&S matters and manage investigations.

**What you’ll bring**:

- Qualification in Human Resources or equivalent;
- Previous experience (minimum 5 years) in a senior HR Advisor/Team Leader role with strong attention to detail;
- Relevant experience to oversee or manage investigations and reviews into workplace complaints;
- Business consulting experience in advising managers on employee relations, disciplinary, grievance and misconduct matters;
- Demonstrated high level of verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills;
- A strong understanding of the Australian employment legislation with experience in the interpretation of Modern Awards and Enterprise Agreements;
- Experience and/or generalist understanding of OH&S in the workplace;
- Demonstrated experience in using HR systems and strong technology skills; and
- An ability to think strategically and creatively.

**What you'll do**:

- Dispute resolution as it relates to employment matters;
- Proving advice and training around workplace relations issues;
- Providing advice on employee conditions of employment, pay rates and entitlements;
- Providing advice on potential and actual discrimination, harassment and bullying claims; and
- Managing general OH&S matters.
