As part of our corporate team, you’ll have opportunities to do great work. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Workplace Relations/Employment Lawyer level to join an established team in our
**Melbourne** Office.

You will work closely with internal clients to provide advice on a range of workplace relations matters, including employment law, industrial law and OH&S matters.

**What you’ll bring**:

- Qualification in Employment Law / Industrial Relations Law or equivalent
- Previous experience (minimum 5 years) in a senior advisor role with strong attention to detail.
- Business consulting experience in advising managers on employee relations, disciplinary, grievance and misconduct matters and demonstrated experience in conducting workplace investigations;
- Demonstrated high level of verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills;
- An ability to articulate advice
- A strong understanding of the Australian employment legislation

**What you'll do**:

- Dispute resolution as it relates to employment matters
- proving advice around workplace relations issues
- providing advice on employee entitlements
- drafting employment agreements & contracts and enterprise bargaining agreements
- providing advice on potential and actual discrimination, harassment and bullying claims
- managing general OH&S matters.
