Agreement Management Specialist

Docusign provides cutting-edge solutions to streamline agreement management processes. Our Intelligent Agreement Management platform empowers businesses to simplify their operations and accelerate growth.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Understand customer needs and translate them into effective Docusign solutions.
  • Map customer requirements to Docusign offerings using expertise and technical knowledge.
  • Build confidence in recommendations through product demonstrations, workflow outlines, RFP/RFI responses, and business process diagrams.
  • Deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs and expectations.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to drive revenue growth and showcase proficiency in the core platform.
  • Apply knowledge gained from production deployments and customer experiences to enhance solutions.
Requirements:

At least 8 years of experience in a pre-sales role selling SaaS solutions, with a degree in relevant field or equivalent work experience.

Prior experience in cloud-based SaaS offerings and delivering software demonstrations is highly valued.
