Enterprise Agreement Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the position of a Solution Consultant. This role will involve working closely with our Commercial sales team to drive revenue by understanding complex customer business problems and translating them into solutions leveraging our Intelligent Agreement Management (IAM) platform.
The successful candidate will have a background in strategic sales environments and demonstrated success positioning enterprise-wide solutions. They will be comfortable conducting deep technology discovery with executive-level stakeholder groups across multifaceted customer industry landscapes.
Responsibilities- Support the Commercial sales team in driving revenue by identifying and addressing customer needs through our IAM platform.
- Develop strong relationships with Sales, Professional Services, Customer Success Managers, Marketing, Product and other key stakeholders to maximize impact across customer engagements.
- Conduct thorough analysis of customer challenges and opportunities, and develop value messaging assets to inform Sales account planning and influence the overall customer strategy and execution approach.
- Map customer requirements to proposed IAM solution designs, establishing confidence in recommendations through product expertise, custom product demonstrations, technical discussions, whiteboarding, workshops, RFP/RFI responses, product roadmap sessions and business process diagrams.
- Deliver trusted, long-term, high ROI solutions that meet and exceed customer expectations.
- Partner with sales to deliver on revenue plan and retention goals.
- Stay up-to-date with the core Docusign IAM platform, including all current and future components of the agreement process.
- Champion Docusign as the most trusted, secure and effective partner for each customer's Agreement processes.
