Key Responsibilities:

  • Document business, system, and operational requirements for legacy application decommissioning.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, operational changes, data mapping, and data lineage.
  • Support third-party suppliers and facilitate collaboration among stakeholders, SMEs, designers, developers, and testers.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary education or relevant industry certification.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in complex business technology projects within Finance contexts.
  • Strong facilitation, influencing, and negotiation skills to build trusted stakeholder relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, suitable for individuals and executive groups.
  • Team player attitude and ability to work within a matrix structure.

Nice to Have:

  • Financial services background, particularly capital markets knowledge.
  • Experience with Workday or Oracle.
