Lead the Change

A highly influential and experienced change management professional is required to lead the implementation of a major SAP ERP system transformation.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive change management strategy and plans, aligned with program objectives, project plans and organisational culture.
  • They will lead and mentor a team of change resources across all ERP project implementation workstreams, ensuring an aligned, consistent and effective change approach.
  • Identification, monitoring and escalation of program and workstream change risks and associated mitigation actions will also be key responsibilities.
  • Collaboration with Communications and workstream Change resources to develop and deliver a comprehensive communication and engagement strategy.
  • Building strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment and support for ERP change initiatives.
  • Work with cross-functional stakeholders and CoE leads to ensure ERP change initiatives are integrated with other business processes and initiatives.
  • Creation and management of measurement systems to track program change impact, change readiness and success, providing feedback and recommendations to the project team and senior stakeholders.

Key Requirements:

  • Extensive experience leading complex transformation change projects, ideally a new SAP ERP system implementation.
  • Effective influencing at all levels of business.
  • Strong vendor management experience, acting as the 'change management bridge' between Blackmores and the implementation partner.
  • Hands-on, willing to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in.
  • Advanced understanding of change methodologies and how implementing new technology into a business can reimagine and change the way it operates.
  • Thrives in an ambiguous, ever-changing environment.
