HR ERP Transformation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced ERP HR professional to join our 3-year program in Sydney.
- Lead ERP HR design and implementation activities across end-to-end HR processes, including role definitions, required competencies, and skill sets.
- Develop a new architecture and job catalogue that aligns with business needs, incorporating role descriptions, necessary capabilities, and skills.
- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure seamless integration.
- Collaborate with program stakeholders to provide input for cross-functional solution design and development.
- Provide technical guidance on HR ERP-related matters.
Required qualifications:
- 10 years of experience in a program and/or project leadership role within HR ERP implementations.
- Prior experience leading job architecture and job catalogue design initiatives.
- A proven track record of delivering digital HR transformation programs.
- Strong ability to manage complex stakeholder expectations and interests.
This is a hybrid role requiring at least 3 days onsite. The ideal candidate must hold a valid Australian work visa or PR status.
