Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Change Lead to lead the ERP SAP transformation at our organization.

This is a 24-Month Fixed Term Contract. As our ERP Program Change Lead, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive change management strategy and plans for the ERP implementation.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience leading complex transformation change projects, ideally a new SAP ERP system implementation. They will also effectively influence at all levels of business and possess strong vendor management experience.

A key aspect of this role is building strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring alignment and support for ERP change initiatives.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive change management strategy and plans for the ERP implementation.
  • Lead and mentor a team of Change resources across all ERP project implementation workstreams.
  • Identify, monitor and escalate program and workstream change risks and associated mitigation actions.
  • Collaborate with Communications and workstream Change resources to develop and deliver a comprehensive communication and engagement strategy.
  • Requirements:
  • Extensive experience leading complex transformation change projects, ideally a new SAP ERP system implementation.
  • Effectively influences at all levels of business.
  • Strong vendor management experience, acting as the 'change management bridge' between our organization and the implementation partner.
  • Advanced understanding of change methodologies and how implementing new technology into a business can reimagine and change the way it operates.
