Job Overview

This is a pivotal leadership role that oversees the data and analytics stream of SAP S/4HANA ERP transformation projects.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a data and analytics strategy to support large-scale ERP transformations;
  • Establish robust data governance frameworks, ownership models, and standards to ensure accuracy, compliance, and accountability;
  • Oversee the selection and implementation of tools and platforms for master data management, reporting, and analytics;
  • Define and maintain a data architecture that supports ERP, reporting, and AI capabilities;
  • Lead the planning and execution of data migration, ensuring quality and integrity across phased deployments;
  • Drive the design and delivery of enterprise reporting and insights, enabling data-driven decision-making across the business;
  • Shape the roadmap for incorporating AI and GenAI into business processes responsibly and effectively; and
  • Manage the delivery of all data & analytics workstreams, coordinating with internal teams and partners to achieve program milestones.

About You
  • Extensive experience in data analytics, enterprise reporting, and large-scale SAP ERP transformations;
  • Strong expertise in data migration, governance, and reporting within ERP environments;
  • Knowledge of master data management and governance practices, with exposure to relevant tools;
  • Familiarity with emerging technologies such as AI/ML and their application in business;
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to influence, engage stakeholders, and drive change;
  • Strategic yet pragmatic, with a track record of delivering outcomes in complex, fast-paced programs; and
  • Collaborative and resilient, with excellent communication skills and a focus on data quality and integrity.
