ERP Data Lead Role: An Exciting Opportunity

This is a 3-year program of work for an ERP Data Lead, focusing on Australian Residents / Citizens based in Sydney.

About the Role:

  • Fully manage large-scale data transformation projects within complex organisational environments and lead highly strategic business initiatives.
  • Maintain broad exposure and strong understanding across data modelling, data governance, data management, data analytics and operational data best practices.
  • Lead multiple complex ERP systems implementations (e.g. Oracle, SAP, Workday) with preferred experience in GOVT sector and Enterprise Service Management concepts.
  • Manage staff with similar skills, hands on design, configuration and testing capabilities in ERP software, and project leadership capability.
  • Deliver end-to-end delivery skills derived from multiple large-scale ERP transformations with associated roadmap development and business benefit definition.
  • Apply deep skills in business analytics, reporting requirements development, data warehousing design and business intelligence to deliver business value.
  • Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships through excellent communication skills.
  • Demonstrate positive attitude, documentation skills, and Australian Permanent Resident / Citizen / NZ Citizen status.
