About the Role

We are seeking an Office Manager to oversee our Customer Engagement Hub in our Toowoomba office, reporting directly to the Executive General Manager of Organisational Effectiveness and Communication.

This role is responsible for ensuring a positive experience for our customers, visitors, and team members, and involves managing customer overflow calls, coordinating travel, and supporting front desk operations.

We are looking for someone with experience in office management or administration, strong communication skills, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Manage customer overflow calls and lead a small team in the Customer Hub
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel bookings, focusing on policy and process improvements
  • Ensure front desk operations run smoothly and visitors feel welcomed
  • Prepare meeting rooms, coordinate catering, and facilitate efficient meetings
  • Support the Executive Assistant and contribute to branch support, ensuring effective communication
Requirements
  • Experience in office management or administration
  • Strong communication skills, able to adapt to different audiences
  • Project and event coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Tech-savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn new software
