Office Manager Role Overview

This role involves overseeing daily office operations, ensuring a positive experience for our customers, visitors, and team members. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer overflow calls from branches, leading a small team in the Customer Hub, and coordinating domestic and international travel bookings.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to engage with various stakeholders, and adapt to a fast-paced environment. Strong project coordination and event management skills are also essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn new software are must-haves.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer overflow calls and lead the Customer Hub team
  • Coordinate travel bookings, focusing on policy and process improvements
  • Ensure front desk operations run smoothly and all visitors feel welcome
  • Prepare meeting rooms, coordinate catering, and work with the team to set up meetings efficiently
  • Support the Executive Assistant and assist with branch support, ensuring effective communication
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
  • Experience in office management or administration, with a strong background in handling daily operations
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different audiences
  • Strong project coordination and event management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software quickly
