They will also ensure all properties are compliant with NSW regulations and industry standards, manage trust accounting and financial tasks, and build strong relationships with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the Property Management department
  • Monitor key metrics and implement strategies to improve performance

What We're Looking for in You:

  • Proven experience in property management with a focus on business development and portfolio growth
  • A current NSW real estate licence
  • Strong understanding of property management principles, landlord-tenant laws, and industry regulations
  • Trust accounting experience and financial management skills
  • Outstanding people skills with a natural ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • A proactive leader with the ability to develop and implement systems and processes for team success
  • Excellent conflict resolution skills and a high standard of customer service
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities

Salary: $120-$150k (Negotiable based on your skills and experience)
