Opportunity to Lead Property Management Team

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as Head of Property Management in Newcastle, NSW. As a key member of our leadership team, you will oversee the daily operations of the Property Management department, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.

About the Role:

  • Oversight of daily property management activities, including monitoring key metrics such as vacancy rates, arrears, and maintenance issues.
  • Ensuring all properties are compliant with NSW regulations and industry standards.
  • Leading regular team meetings to set goals, address challenges, and share updates on portfolio performance.
  • Driving recruitment, onboarding, and team growth.
  • Mentoring and providing guidance to team members.
  • Managing and improving key performance indicators and team outcomes.

What We're Looking for:

  • Proven experience in property management, with a focus on business development and portfolio growth.
  • A current NSW real estate licence.
  • Strong understanding of property management principles, landlord-tenant laws, and industry regulations.
  • Trust accounting experience and financial management skills.
  • Outstanding people skills with a natural ability to motivate and inspire a team.
