**Your new role**

The Digital Content Specialist will work closely with content creators, digital production teams and SMEs to develop monitoring and control processes that support the management and maintenance of digital content.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Managing website governance via the Monsido platform.
- Building, maintaining, and managing content ownership records.
- Post-publishing quality assurance checks.
- Management of our website analytics and uplift program.
- Identifying and rectifying issues and gaps.
- Building tools and managing systems that help support the monitoring and control of digital content.
- Supporting the development of policies, training, and guidelines as they relate directly to the Digital Content Specialist role.
- Establish content standards and improvement measures.
- Support the existing Digital Content Specialist in the implementation of policies, guides, standards and education.

**What you'll need**
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role or within analytics, project management or risk management.
- An understanding and history of implementing good UX and UI design principles.
- Experience with SEO and keyword optimisation.
- Experience delivering targeted content and an insights-led approach to decision making and prioritisation.
- An understanding of analytics and the ability to effectively interpret data.
- Ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies and a passion for improving work efficiency.
- A strong desire to learn new ways of working and the ability to thrive on a challenge.
- Experience with a Content Management System is desirable.
