Job Title: Learning Content Specialist

We are seeking a talented Learning Content Specialist to join our dynamic Retail Training Design Team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of innovative learning solutions that support the growth and success of our store teams.

The Role:

  • Design engaging learning materials using a blend of methods and mediums, including face-to-face workshops, virtual classrooms, online learning, and in-store tools.
  • Collaborate closely with the Learning Design Manager and other team members to develop effective learning solutions that meet the needs of our customers and stakeholders.
  • Build strategic relationships with diverse stakeholders, including store teams and internal business partners.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify learning needs and develop targeted interventions.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in instructional design with expertise in adult learning principles.
  • Ability to write compelling and effective learning content.
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills.
  • Agility and ability to work in a fast-paced environment while delivering high-quality results.
