Job Opportunity:

We're seeking a Creative Content Specialist to join our Learning and Development Team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled content writer to create high-quality learning materials that engage diverse audiences across the organization.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in corporate e-learning environments and possess excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and time management skills.

  • Create engaging content that meets learning requirements
  • Develop interactive learning experiences using instructional design principles and software
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand learning needs and develop effective solutions
  • Design and develop user guides, quick guides, PowerPoints, and workshop activities to support learning requirements

We're looking for someone who can bring their expertise and passion for creating engaging learning experiences to this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Contribute to the development of high-quality learning content that meets organizational needs
  2. Work closely with the Learning Management System (LMS) team to ensure seamless integration of learning materials
  3. Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop relevant and engaging content
  4. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in instructional design and e-learning

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A Certificate IV Training and Assessment (TAE40122)
  • Experience in Articulate 360 or similar software
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
