We are seeking a dedicated and hands-on individual to provide exceptional service to our predominantly older clientele. As a key contact, you will play a vital role in helping them manage their hearing health in this diverse client-facing role.
Main Responsibilities:- Welcome clients and manage their experience for optimal outcomes
- Schedule and confirm appointments for our clients
- Provide administrative support to clinicians
- Manage day-to-day clinic operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Handle the clinic phone line and shared email inbox
- Bill clients correctly and process payments
- Learn and use various software applications efficiently
- Prior experience in face-to-face customer service and/or administration roles
- A passion for delivering an excellent client experience
- Excellent communication and active listening skills
- Resilience, self-motivation, and energy
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work autonomously and effectively within a team
- Focus on results and the best possible outcomes
- Intermediate computer skills
- An interest in learning about features and basic repair/maintenance of hearing aids
This is a permanent part-time position (22.8 hours per week) with working hours scheduled between Monday to Wednesday, 8:30 am – 4:30 pm. We're looking for someone with flexibility to increase hours as needed.
