Educational Quality Advisor

The RMIT University Centre for Education Innovation and Quality (CEIQ) is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Educational Quality Advisor to join their team. As an Educational Quality Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting the design and operationalisation of assurance processes that ensure and enhance the overall quality of academic programs and administrative processes for higher education learning and teaching in the university.
You will work collaboratively with the Lead, Educational Quality and the broader CEIQ team to develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance systems and processes, with the goal of supporting continuous improvement and academic excellence throughout the institution. Operating within a team framework, you will provide high-quality support, and develop and maintain collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including College quality teams and teaching staff.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of [insert number] years of experience in a related field, with a strong understanding of university L&T operations and a deep understanding of quality management principles and practices. You will have excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at a range of organisational levels and from diverse backgrounds.
You will also have well-developed analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data to drive continuous improvement initiatives, and the ability to use initiative and problem-solving skills for following through tasks and ensuring positive solutions on operational issues. Excellent written communication skills, including the ability to research, prepare reports and presentations, are also essential.

The CEIQ sits within the Education Portfolio under the direction of the Associate Deputy Vice Chancellor Education, Learning, Teaching and Quality. CEIQ supports the attainment of academic standards across RMIT University. CEIQ and its operations drive consistency in design and direction across RMIT University to support academic quality and continuous improvement of all accredited programs and products, enhancing our student and staff experience.
