About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced clinical expert to support our care communities and drive continuous quality improvement. You will be responsible for formulating and managing clinical policies and procedures, monitoring clinical indicators, and providing support to our management teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor and analyze clinical indicators to identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide support and guidance to management teams to ensure high-quality care and services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in nursing with current AHPRA registration.
  • At least 3 years' experience in nursing, risk and compliance (health care) or health management; preferably in the aged care sector.
  • Strong clinical skills and sound knowledge of the aged care industry is essential.
  • Infection control experience is an essential requirement of this position.
  • Previous auditing experience in the Aged Care Standards is highly desirable.
