About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Team Member to join our team at Accor Apartments & Realty. As a Room Attendant, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests have a wonderful stay by maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of our rooms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Room Cleaning and Maintenance
    • Thoroughly clean all sections of the guest rooms, including changing linens, cleaning bathrooms, and wiping down surfaces.
    • Work diligently to achieve the high standards of cleanliness and presentation expected by our guests.
  • Housekeeping Operations
    • Maintain and restock housekeeping trolleys, ensuring they are organized and well-equipped.
    • Use cleaning materials with care and adhere to safety protocols to ensure a secure environment.
  • Guest Services
    • Respect guest privacy and security, upholding our commitment to their comfort.
    • Report maintenance issues promptly, demonstrating your dedication to a flawless experience.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a cleaning or housekeeping role is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a warm and welcoming approach to interacting with guests and colleagues.
  • A keen eye for detail and ability to work efficiently, managing your time well and taking pride in your tasks.
  • Physical stamina to navigate between rooms, which may involve using internal and external staircases and open pathways.
  • A team player with a willingness to collaborate with colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
  • Reliable transportation and availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
