Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership
    • Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the housekeeping team to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations.
    • Provide guidance, training, and coaching to housekeeping staff to enhance their skills and performance.
    • Maintain a positive and productive team environment, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • Cleaning Operations
    • Ensure that all cleaning tasks are completed to the highest standards, meeting the company's quality and safety guidelines.
    • Conduct regular room inspections to monitor cleaning quality and identify areas for improvement.
    • Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to optimize efficiency and productivity.
  • Customer Satisfaction
    • Work closely with the front desk and other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
    • Respond promptly to customer complaints and concerns, resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Monitor and report on customer satisfaction levels, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a housekeeping leadership role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or a related field preferred.
