Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Housekeeping team as a Room Attendant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and service in our guest rooms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cleaning and Maintenance
    • Clean and prepare guest rooms to the highest standards, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, floors, and corridors.
    • Ensure all service areas are fully stocked with guest amenities and supplies.
    • Restock towels and linen, and store them correctly.
    • Report any lost property according to hotel procedures.
    • Maintain and store cleaning equipment and chemicals safely.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and requests in a friendly and professional manner.
    • Ensure all interactions with guests are positive and efficient.
  • Teamwork and Communication
    • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve common goals and objectives.
    • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements

  • Qualifications
    • A friendly and customer-focused attitude.
    • Previous experience in cleaning, customer service, or hospitality.
    • Excellent communication skills and a high standard of grooming and presentation.
    • The ability to work in a 24-hour, 7-day environment.
    • A current visa with work rights in Australia.
