About the Role:

  • As a key member of our Housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
  • You will work closely with the Room Attendants and Housekeeping management to coordinate and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Our ideal candidate will be physically fit, able to carry heavy items and push full linen trolleys, and possess excellent communication and time management skills.
  • You will be comprehensively trained on our guest service standards and will be required to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • As a team player, you will participate in driving the productivity, motivation, and development of all Housekeeping Team Members.
  • You will be responsible for ensuring high cleanliness and productivity standards are met and kept in accordance with our company guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for providing quality guest service.
  • Good communication and time management skills with a friendly personality.
  • A well-rounded team player who is hands-on and committed to seeing their team succeed.
  • Someone who is physically fit and comfortable working autonomously.
  • The flexibility to work over a seven-day roster at a variety of times.
